	As a feature reporter on WABC TV’s Eyewitness News and WCBS TV’s 5:00 PM news, Dr. Balter presented hundreds of parenting segments.  He was the resident psychologist on NBC TV’s Weekend Today and CBS TV’s The Early Show.  As a parenting expert and media psychologist, Dr. Balter frequently appears on all the major networks commenting on breaking news and significant family matters.
